a. Purchase and Ownership: By purchasing artwork from MellysArt.co.uk, you acquire ownership of the physical artwork. However, you acknowledge and agree that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights associated with the artwork remain with Mellys Art.
b. Usage Restrictions: Unless explicitly authorized by Mellys Art, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any artwork purchased from the Website. The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reproduction for resale, without obtaining prior written permission from Mellys Art.

- Account Registration
a. In order to make a purchase on MellysArt.co.uk, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and ensure that your account credentials remain confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to create an account and make purchases on the Website.
- Pricing and Payment
a. The prices displayed on the Website are in GBP (Great British Pound) and include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Mellys Art reserves the right to change the prices of the artwork at any time without prior notice.
b. Payment for the artwork must be made in full at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on the Website.
- Shipping and Delivery
a. Mellys Art will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
b. The risk of loss or damage to the artwork transfers to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if you believe the artwork has arrived damaged.
- Returns and Refunds
a. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the artwork. Please contact us to initiate the return process. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
b. Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges.
- Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mellys Art and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Website or the purchase of artwork.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
- Amendments
Mellys Art reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
